Annual Membership Meetings

MBS holds annual membership meetings in December each year to celebrate our members, share the annual report for the year, and nominate & vote on the next year’s board of directors. These gatherings are a culmination of great events and a chance to get to know one another.

Below is an example of an annual meeting agenda. Check back on this site for the 2025 Meeting details in the fall!!

6:00: Food & drink — with a cash bar
6:30: Business meeting, including the Annual Report and Nominations and Election of the Board of Directors.
7:30: Meeting concludes (but hang around, because we have the place until 9:00!)

Officers will be selected by the new board at the board meeting.  Board meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month from 6:00 to 7:30.
