Ivy Ford is a powerhouse multi‑instrumentalist, vocalist, and songwriter who has become one of the most exciting young artists in the modern Chicago blues scene. Raised in Waukegan, IL, she began performing publicly at age 13 and is largely self‑taught on guitar, bass, piano, drums, saxophone, and voice.

Ivy Ford is often described as a child prodigy thanks to her early start, natural musical fluency, and rapid rise in the Midwest blues circuit. By her late teens she was already fronting bands, developing her signature blend of traditional Chicago blues, soul, and R&B, and earning a reputation for high‑energy, emotionally rich performances.
