WHAT MAKES THIS OUTDOOR VENUE UNIQUE?
The Gathering Place sits on the north end of the property at Seven-Acre Dairy Company. The Gathering Place is on ancestral Ho-Chunk land, atop an ancient Driftless ridge. It features towering old-growth oaks, restored prairie and pollinator habitat, and stunning views of the Sugar River. The unique amphitheater at The Gathering Place was created in the 1950s, when the Paoli Cooperative Creamery excavated part of the hillside to create a pit for the factory’s whey. Concert attendees can sit, stand, dance, and even swing on our tree swings.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food and beverage will be for sale at The Gathering Place, including local beers, cocktails, N/A beverages. Food concessions will change seasonally, but will include prepared foods such as brats, burgers, and cheese curds plus other goodies like candy, popcorn, etc. No carry ins. Absolutely NO glass.

WEATHER POLICY
Concerts will be held even in light rain. In the case of inclement or extreme weather forecasts, we will contact ticket holders by email & post cancellation notices here by 3pm on the event date.

SEATING
The Gathering Place is general admission. It is made up of both a flat and sloped lawn, with areas for sitting and standing. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets, if they’d like to sit during the shows. Blankets should be no larger than 4ft x 4ft. A limited number of picnic tables and benches are available.

PARKING & RIDESHARING
Parking at the venue (and in Paoli in general) is extremely limited. We encourage guests to carpool, bike, and/or use Uber, Lyft, or a local taxi company to come and go from the venue. Street and lot parking is first come, first served. GET DIRECTIONS

ACCESSIBILITY
The concert venue is accessed by walking approximately 1/4 mile on a landscaped path that includes uneven terrain. Please contact us well in advance of your event to discuss alternative access for those with limited mobility.

ALL AGES & KIDS TICKETS
The Gathering Place Summer Music Series is all ages. Kids 13 and over need a ticket. Kids 12 and under are free, with parent/guardian’s paid admission.

ANIMALS
No animals are permitted at the Gathering Place, except for service animals.
